Welcome to the Business Law Fall Meeting!

Dear Colleagues:

We’re so glad you’re here. The Business Law Section values all members. Our diverse and inclusive community makes us stronger. You belong. 

The Fall Meeting is the top gathering of business lawyers. We’re excited to welcome our in-person attendees in San Diego and our virtual attendees from around the world online.

Virtual attendees will enjoy an immersive online platform that provides an experience where attendees can engage with the Section’s top-tier content and collaborate with their peers and colleagues.

There is no better opportunity to learn, collaborate, and connect with the best and brightest business law talent. Highlights of the meeting will include:

• Showcase Programs- Showcase programs are designed to cover important legal developments (available in-person and to virtual attendees):
  AI and Attorney-Client Privilege: A Brave New World for Lawyers: Thursday, September 12 | 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
  Supreme Court Business Review: Significant Business Cases from the Last Two
  Supreme Court Terms: Friday, September 13 | 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
   
• Business Law Essentials CLE - Business Law Essentials are a curated selection of 10 CLE programs that cover fundamental topics across business law practice areas (available in-person and to virtual attendees).
   
• In-Person CLE - An incredible line up of 50+ CLE programs, covering important updates and emerging trends across business law practice areas are available for in-person attendees.
   
• Committee and Subcommittee Meetings - Meetings feature substantive discussions on relevant topics by practice area.  Committee and Subcommittee meetings are interactive and all attendees are welcome to join (available in person and to virtual attendees).
   
• Special Events - In-person special networking events, like the Diversity Networking Reception and the Welcome Reception, highlight the diversity of our community and the relationship we build as members of the Section..

And the meeting doesn’t end here. Several of our CLE programs will be recorded live and posted to the meeting website for viewing after the meeting.
